1General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between cx666 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the registered user of the platform ("User", "you"). All services provided by cx666 are governed by this Agreement.

The key terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:

• Platform: The cx666 website, applications, and all associated digital services.
• User: Any person who has created or wishes to create an account on cx666.
• Account: The personal profile created through a user's registration.

3Account Security & Verification

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

• cx666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from the use of your account by a third party.

cx666 may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete. cx666 uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to transactions on cx666:

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

cx666 offers its users various promotional bonuses. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which must be read before accepting the offer.
• The cx666 welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• To become eligible to withdraw this bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met.
• The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw the ৳1,500 bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be placed.
• Depositing ৳3,334 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳8,000 earns a bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that are voided, or winnings from such bets, may not automatically count towards meeting the wagering requirement.
• cx666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

If a user is found to be abusing bonuses or attempting to earn bonuses fraudulently, cx666 reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit the bonus funds.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming activity on cx666 is conducted under a fair play policy. The key points of the gaming rules are as follows:

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is unbiased.
• All bets are final. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be refunded.
• If a technical issue arises with a game or bet outcome, cx666 reserves the right to resolve it at its own discretion.
• For sports betting, separate rules may apply to specific events.
• Exploiting any special game feature or bug is a punishable offence.
• cx666 reserves the right to change the availability of gaming services at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cx666 platform:

• Creating or maintaining more than one account.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing coordinated or artificial bets for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using automated bots or any other software to play games.
• Attempting unauthorized access to any system or software on the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour against other users.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using the platform's name, logo, or brand identity without authorization.
• Facilitating the use of the platform by minors (persons under 21 years of age).

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, cx666 will take immediate action, which may include account termination and forfeiture of funds.

8Responsible Gaming
